How to get a reliable dollar card in Nigeria

If you need a reliable dollar card,
do this:

1. Go to the nearest UBA close to you,
2. Hold 5 dollar cash (not 1-1-1-1-1 dollar o)
3. Go with your NIN, 2 passport & 'NEPA Bill'
4. Tell them you need a pre paid dollar card!
5. Come back and thank me

Yesterday I asked for recommendation on a fintech app I can use to get a virtual naira visa or master card and a lot of people recommended one bank by Sterling Bank and I decided to give it a try.

I downloaded the app, started the process and at some point they said I already had an acct with them 😂

So you need a sterling bank acct to operate a one bank acct but you can still do everything online (Very simple just your NIN and BVN)

I called them yesterday around 10pm and they answered and gave me the necessary informations I needed to proceed and they also gave me my account number because of a truth I once created an acct with them with one of their marketers, as a supportive citizen once a bank marketer approach me to open acct, I always support their ministry 😂😂

The acct have been dormant so they scheduled me for a video meeting to capture my face and reactivate my acct.

we just finished the meeting by 4:30pm today, my acct is up & running

And the Mastercard created in less than 5 secs

Their customer service is top notch, I was speaking with their rep yesterday around 10:30pm and the call ended, i was very upset because calling again will require speaking with another agent and starting my explanation afresh, but something I have never experienced before happened

The customer rep called me back🫣😎

I was beyond shocked 😳.

If you need a virtual naira card for online payments, you can give it a try.

What I love the most about them is their customer service and how prompt they respond to both emails and calls no long queues

PS: Na YouTube premium de make me find card like this o, YouTube ads can be so frustrating when watching videos or playing music.

I hope all these traditional banks, will begin to understand that nobody wants to come to the bank and spend hours just to get cards, traditional banks should consider having a virtual card feature on their apps.
