If you need a reliable dollar card,
do this:
1. Go to the nearest UBA close to you,
2. Hold 5 dollar cash (not 1-1-1-1-1 dollar o)
3. Go with your NIN, 2 passport & 'NEPA Bill'
4. Tell them you need a pre paid dollar card!
5. Come back and thank me
