CAC Notice: Effective 1 August 2026, all registered companies in Nigeria must include the following on their business letters:
* Company name and registration number.
* Present forename/initials and surname of every director.
* Former name(s), if any.
* Nationality of every non-Nigerian director.
Failure to comply may attract sanctions under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
