I smile when people keep saying it is the responsibility of the employer to always train. Employment is a contract. You can't be lazy and expect the employer to take responsibility for your laziness.
I’ve come to a conclusion:
No matter how much you try, Training people does not make up for Laziness, lack of willingness to grow and mediocrity.
Wrong People may change over time, but the cost is on you.
